This maintenance package is designed to protect your investment, extend the life of your pavers, and keep your property looking its best.
By enrolling you receive scheduled cleanings, routine inspections, and a discounted reseal at the end of the agreement, so your pavers always have maximum protection and curb appeal.
Four professional maintenance cleans across the two-year term. Two per year, one every six months.
At each cleaning our team will:
Each visit covers both the driveway and the patio.
At the end of the two-year term your pavers are professionally re-sealed at 10% off the original sealing cost. The reseal is scheduled at your fourth cleaning.
Your four cleaning dates are set with you when you enroll and are subject to change. We contact you ahead of each visit, so you never have to track the schedule yourself.
About pricing. Your cleaning price and your discounted reseal price are quoted for your specific property, because both depend on the surfaces and square footage involved. They are not fixed on this page. David confirms both in writing once he has your signed agreement, and your original sealing price is what the discount is calculated against.
Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept check, Zelle, or cash.
Cleaning payment covers each of the bi-annual cleanings, and is due upon completion of that cleaning.
Final payment covers the discounted re-seal at the agreed percentage off the original cost, and is due at the end of the two-year agreement.
Nothing is charged when you sign this agreement, and there is no monthly bill at any point in the program.
