Florida sun, humidity, rain, and algae are relentless. A fresh seal looks incredible on day one — the question is what it looks like in month eighteen. The maintenance package is how we keep that surface where it should be instead of letting it slide until it needs a full restoration again.

It is a simple deal. Twice a year we come out and soft wash the pavers we sealed. While we're there, we check the integrity of the seal and take care of anything that falls under your warranty. After four cleanings, we reseal at a discount off the price you originally agreed to — not the price two years of inflation says it should be.

This is the part most companies get wrong, and it is the reason sealed pavers end up looking worse two years in than they did before anyone touched them.

Pressure washing a sealed paver does two things you do not want. It damages the integrity of the seal, and it blows out the joint sand regardless of how well that sand was locked in. Once the joints are open and the seal is compromised, weeds and moisture get back in and you are paying for a restoration instead of a cleaning.

So on maintenance visits we soft wash. Low pressure, and cleaning chemicals doing the actual work on the algae and mildew. You get a clean surface and the seal you paid for stays intact.

How the two years run

Your pricing is locked from the day you agree to the original sealing price.

  1. Day one — your seal, your price

    The price you agree to for the original seal is the price we hold you at for the next two years. Whatever the market does in that time is our problem, not yours.

  2. Month 6 & month 12 — cleanings one and two

    We come out, soft wash the pavers we sealed, and check the seal. Anything covered under your warranty gets handled while we are there.

  3. Month 18 — cleaning three

    Same visit, same soft wash. By now we know your surface, so we can tell you honestly how the seal is holding and what to expect at the reseal.

  4. Month 24 — cleaning four, then your reseal

    On the fourth cleaning we schedule your reseal at up to 15% off your original sealing price. Then the cycle starts over.

Backed by the warranty

All of our sealing work carries a 2-year craftsmanship warranty. If the sealer fails, peels, or breaks down early under normal conditions, we come back and fix it at no charge. The warranty covers our work — not vehicle fluids, chemical spills, or acts of nature.

The maintenance package is where that warranty actually gets used. Because we are on your property every six months looking at the seal, problems get caught by us instead of by you.

The maintenance package is a simple written agreement. Send the form below and David will follow up with the agreement and a copy of the warranty for you to look over and sign. Nothing is charged when you submit the form, and nothing is charged until a cleaning is done.

Common questions

Is this a monthly subscription?

No. There is no monthly bill and nothing is charged up front. You pay for each cleaning after it is done — pay as you go. The only commitment is the maintenance agreement itself, which holds your pricing in place.

Why do you soft wash instead of pressure wash?

Pressure damages the integrity of the seal, and it blows out joint sand no matter how well that sand is locked in. On sealed pavers we use low pressure and cleaning chemicals instead. The chemistry does the work, so the surface gets clean without stripping what you already paid for.

What happens at the end of the two years?

On your fourth cleaning we schedule your reseal at up to 15% off the original sealing price — the price you locked in on day one, not whatever the going rate is two years from now.

What if I already had my pavers sealed a while ago?

Sign up anyway and put your original seal date on the form. David will look at where you are in the cycle and build your schedule from there.

Do you offer a warranty on paver sealing?

Yes. We back all sealing work with a 2-year craftsmanship warranty. If the sealer fails, peels, or shows premature breakdown under normal conditions within that period, we'll return and fix it at no charge. The warranty covers our work — not damage from vehicle fluids, chemical spills, or acts of nature.
